Vintage Betsey Johnson Y2K floral burnout velvet ruffle dress. Sheer teal fabric with velvet roses in beautiful chartreuse green and rust brown. Full, tiered hemline and puff capped sleeves. Big beautiful bow tie in back for some drama. In good vintage condition with the exception of some pulling at the seams near the waist (please see last photo). Needs to be repaired.
US Women's size 8 or best for size medium.
